Inside Sales Associates Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our team. Your primary responsibility is to engage with clients and guide them through our sales process with professionalism and efficiency. This role demands keen attention to detail, adherence to established processes, and a proactive approach to closing deals while maintaining excellent attendance.

Inside Sales Responsibilities:
Inbound and Outbound Calls:
  • Handle 30-50 high-volume calls from clients.
Client Engagement:
  • Engage professionally and care for clients to ensure referenceability and represent our partners well.
Sales Processes:
  • Follow established sales scripts and procedures, build value, update records, pitch branded apparel, and handle light fundraising.
Coaching and Training:
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products, campaigns, and techniques.
Independent Sales Activities:
  • Work autonomously from home, handle inbound leads, and make outbound calls.
Feedback Loop:
  • Seek feedback to improve service quality and growth.
Accountability and Attendance:
  • Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and schedule adherence.
Requirements:
  • Must reside permanently in AL, AR, FL, GA, KS, MI, MO, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA.
  • Minimum 1-year work history or 4-year college degree (preferred).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Complete background check within 48 hours of offer.
  • Provide 3 professional references.
  • Quiet workspace free of disruptions.
  • Experience with high-volume sales calls preferred.
  • Knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Office, call center software preferred.
Technical Requirements:
  • Hard-wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi).
  • Download speed >10 Mbps, upload >5 Mbps.
  • Quiet, distraction-free home environment.
  • Work off provided desktop equipment.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for long periods.

Pay Rate & Schedule:
  • $16/hr + uncapped commission.
  • Average earnings $40K-$50K; top performers $55K+.
  • Work any 8-hour shift between 8 am - 8 pm CST.
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays quarterly.
