POOLCORP is seeking an Inside Sales Associate / Warehouse Associate in Fort Myers, FL. The role involves assisting walk-in and phone customers, processing orders, and coordinating delivery or pickup while maintaining professional standards.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in inside sales, strong customer service, data-entry skills, and basic MS Office proficiency. The position runs Monday–Friday with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Pay: $20 / hour and up to $2,500 through our performance bonuses.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 4:30pm

What to Expect?

On a daily basis our Inside Sales Associate / Warehouse Associate:

• Establishes relationships with customers by assisting walk-in and phone customers, representing the company in a professional manner.


• Processes, pulls and distributes customer products quickly and efficiently.


• Handles questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.


• Accurately performs data entry of sales orders to generate an invoice of products ordered to be picked up or delivered. Secures payment of invoice with proper funds or obtain credit authorization in accordance with company policy.


• Evaluates and determines disposition of warranty items handled at the counter, as prescribed by the manufacturer's warranty policy and customer needs.


• Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of vendor's production and delivery schedules.


• Assists in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.


• Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.


• Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks and reports discrepancies to supervisor.


• Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.


• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

• High school diploma or GED.


• 1+ years related inside sales experience preferred.


• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.


• Strong counter \"presence\" and the ability to deal directly with customers for a large portion of the day.


• Strong customer-service attitude.


• Good computer skills including MS Office programs.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations and customer issues.


• Familiarity with a related product line such as pool supplies, parts, chemicals or pool construction helpful.


• To be 18 years of age or older to apply.
