About The Role

We’re seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support Bellhop’s growth. You will work directly with potential customers via phone or video, delivering tailored moving solutions. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will handle pre-qualified leads, convert them into satisfied customers, and effectively communicate Bellhop's value. Your role is to guide prospects from initial interest to confirmed booking, nurturing relationships and providing support throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Be the Bellhop Expert: Set a warm, friendly, and trustworthy tone during customer interactions.
  2. Consultative Sales Approach: Conduct sales calls to assess customer needs and recommend personalized solutions, emphasizing service value and flexibility.
  3. Timely Outreach & Engagement: Respond quickly to customer inquiries to ensure they feel supported.
  4. Master the Sales Process: Use proven communication cadences (call, email, SMS) to maximize conversions and diligently follow up.
  5. Core & Upsell Services: Sell primary moving services and identify opportunities for additional offerings, making informed decisions on pricing and discounts.
  6. Seamless Customer Journey: Manage customer expectations, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues from contact to job completion.
  7. Industry Expertise: Develop industry knowledge to instill confidence in customers and differentiate Bellhop from competitors.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  1. Experience: 1+ years in direct sales with a customer service focus.
  2. Multi-tasking & Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads without compromising quality.
  3. Phone Skills: Comfortable engaging with customers over the phone and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Problem-Solving: Quick thinker capable of resolving issues over the phone.
  5. Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools, Slack, Google Workspace, and sales stacks.
  6. Flexibility: Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, aligned with customer needs.

Working Schedule

This remote role is open nationwide but requires working Pacific Time Zone hours (until 5pm PST), Sunday through Thursday.

Compensation

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a combination of salary and commission. The base salary is $36,000 annually, with an additional $29,000 target commission, totaling an On Target Earnings (OTE) of $65,000. Commissions are uncapped, and top performers often exceed this amount.
