Job summary

SpeedPro is hiring an Inside Sales Associate in Southlake, TX. You will act as the linchpin between our studio and corporate clients, strengthening relationships and building new ones. You will drive lead qualification, maintain the CRM, and guide prospects from initial contact to closing.

The role requires 1+ years in inside sales, excellent communication, and a proactive, results-driven attitude. Compensation includes an hourly wage with performance-based bonuses and opportunities for training

Qualifications

• 1+ years inside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to acquire leads and progress them via qualification.
• Drive lead generation and appointment scheduling through data-driven programs.
• Support sales and marketing functions at events and meetings.
• Utilize CRM to track calls and meetings with customers.
• Manage the full sales process from telemarketing to closing deals.
• Implement prospecting strategies including segmentation, scripting, and reporting.
• Attend client meetings and occasional after-hours events as needed.

The Inside Sales Associate is the linchpin between the studio and our corporate clients - we are looking for someone who can help strengthen current relationships and help build new ones, make decisions, and achieve results.

Core Functions

• Partner with management to acquire leads and progress them via qualification
• Drive a variety of leadership development initiatives including list-building and data-mining programs, with the goal of scheduling client appointments
• Participate in sales and marketing functions (networking events, studio tours, meet-and-greet events, etc.)
• Manage and utilize proprietary CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls and meetings with prospective and existing customers
• Manage the entire sales process from telemarketing to estimating and closing deals
• Execute a strong prospecting approach including audience segmentation, call scripting, and reporting
• Attend client meetings and entertainment as appropriate. (this position may require the occasional off-hours or weekend commitment)

Ideal Candidates Will Also Possess
