About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Remote Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to join our team and play a key role in driving new business. As an ISA, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our buyer and seller leads. Your mission? Build rapport, qualify opportunities, and set appointments for our agents.

This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of follow-up and consistency in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with past clients, sphere contacts, and new leads

• Qualify prospects and set listing/buyer appointments for our agents

• Maintain detailed records in our CRM and follow-up systems

• Work closely with our marketing and agent team to refine outreach strategies

• Hit weekly and monthly KPI goals (conversations, appointments set, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in real estate, customer service, or sales (ISA experience preferred)

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Highly organized with great time management

• Tech-savvy – comfortable using CRMs, dialers, and lead follow-up platforms (we use Follow Up Boss & Mojo)

• Self-starter who can work independently with accountability
