We’re searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Our ideal candidate is an excellent deal-maker who loves talking to people.
Responsibilities:
- Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
- Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
- Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele

Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Two years of previous sales experience
- Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
- Strong communication skills, you can work anywhere in the country, but you have to be plugged into your mentor (your mentor does not succeed unless you do)
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Willing to get an insurance license
- Be motivated! This is a commission-based position, and you can earn if you put in the work

Compensation: $40,000 - $53,000 yearly
