Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, customer service, telemarketing, or lead generation.
• Experience in financial services is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients provided by the company
• Build rapport and establish trust through professional conversations
• Introduce prospective clients to Financial Services of America and our services
• Schedule appointments for our financial advisors
• Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and text communications as needed
• Maintain accurate records and notes within our CRM system
• Work closely with advisors and team members to ensure a seamless client experience
• Consistently meet activity and appointment‑setting goals
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and client engagement
