Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to join our team and drive lead development, prospecting, and customer engagement. You will participate in paid training with uncapped commission potential after training, and work toward achieving monthly sales targets in a dynamic environment.

Top performers can earn substantial incomes, with clear pathways from training to fully commissioned earnings. Strong communication and customer service focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Licenses may be obtained after training (P&C, Personal Lines, Life).
• Strong computer and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Compensation & Earning Potential

While top performers earn well over $100,000 annually through our uncapped commission plan, we understand that success takes time. Transparency matters to us, so here’s how our team earns:

• Paid Training (Not Yet Commissioned): $24/hour | 40 hours per week
• After Training (Fully Commissioned) 1st Year Agents Average Earnings: $65,000 – $75,000 annually
• Top 10% of Agents Earnings: $95,000 – $110,000+ annually
