The role focuses on resolving customer account needs and fostering long-term satisfaction through dedicated service and coordination. You will nurture existing relationships and support the Sales Team.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments (we also value an equivalent combination of education and unique life experience).
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
• Must be able to operate in a drug‑free workplace.

• Resolve inquiries promptly and thoughtfully to ensure alignment on customer account needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain excellent records and account health.
