Inside Sales Advisor, Online Training

We are growing fast and seeking talented and dedicated professionals to join our team.Registrar Corp is actively seeking a motivated, scrappy Inside Sales Advisor to join our Online Training and Workforce Solutions sales team. Our courses are developed by industry experts and have a 5-star rating. As an inside sales advisor, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new business.

Role Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle through inbound leads and outbound sales calls to prospects and clients
  • Manage sales pipeline and reporting
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our online training offerings to determine which training is right for the client
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and metrics as outlined by sales leadership
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to source, identify, and develop new sales; skill in conducting outbound calls to maximize sales opportunities and customer engagement
  • Consultative Focus: Experience nurturing opportunities from start to close; ability to diagnose prospect needs and build relationships through a consultative approach
  • Drive to Succeed: Positive attitude, high energy spirit, and the motivation to make 50-60 calls/emails per day
  • Excellent Communication: Demonstrated proficiency in both verbal and written communication
Education and Experience
  • At least 1-2 years of experience of inside sales of services or software
  • Proven track record of making/exceeding sales quota
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
