International Motors is seeking an Inside Sales Administrator to drive revenue by proactively engaging prospective dealers nationwide, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, developing accounts and closing deals.

You will nurture existing accounts, resolve issues, and collaborate with marketing, with travel up to 10% for in-person visits. A CRM proficiency and a proactive, results-oriented mindset are essential in our NFC financing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and no experience OR at least 2 years of sales administration or customer service experience

• Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
• Develops sales opportunities by supporting the dealers and the field sales organization by researching and identifying potential account information, soliciting new account data, building rapport with dealers and customers, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
• Interacts with new account transactions by virtual meetings, answering telephone and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information into credit systems.
• Develops accounts by ensuring transactions get funded properly and timely.
• Maintains customer communication by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems in credit applications, funding
• Maintains and improves customer records and recommends improved policies and procedures.
• Updates job knowledge by studying new financing product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
• Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Handles both outbound and Inbound customer calling as related to sales activites.
• Collaborates with marketing in various campaigns.
• In-depth visits may be required. (Travel less than 10%)

As an Inside Sales Administrator for International Financial, you will drive revenue by pro-actively engaging prospective dealers nationwide. You'll understand their needs, present solutions, develop accounts, and close deals through research and effective communication. You'll also nurture existing accounts, resolve issues, and contribute to process improvements, while staying updated on industry knowledge and collaborating with marketing.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree and no experience ORAt least 2 years of sales administration or customer service experience
