We’re hiring an Inside Sales Account / Territory Managerto drive new business and expand strategic accounts. You’ll run the full sales cycle and work closely with leadership on growth strategy, product feedback, and client success.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a book of business with real estate developers and builders
  • Source, qualify, and close high-value deals via outbound sales
  • Analyze architectural plans and tailor proposals to client needs
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth delivery and execution
  • Act as a trusted advisor and long-term partner to your accounts

What You Bring

  • 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or design
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • High energy, self-motivation, and accountability
  • Confidence on the phone and in client meetings
  • Ability to work independently and own a pipeline from A to Z
  • Familiarity with blueprints, RFQs, or project bidding (a plus)
