HD Supply's USABlueBook division seeks an Inside Sales Representative to manage an established book of business and grow it. The role involves calling and emailing decision-makers to learn their needs and serve as the business owner of the customer portfolio.

You will work remotely with a MON-FRI schedule, earning an hourly base rate (DOE) plus monthly incentives. Requires B2B experience, CRM familiarity, and proficiency with Outlook/Word/Excel.

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in related role.
• CRM experience is a plus.

• Develops code directives for certain products while maintaining target margin goals.
• Performs estimating, take-off, and proposal duties as necessary.

Position Overview

The Inside Sales Representative for our USABlueBook division has an established book of business - and is responsible for growing it. You will build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers and influencers in companies within your book of business. You will serve as the business owner of your portfolio of customers; contact customers over the phone and via email in order to learn their business and better understand their needs.

Nature and Scope

• Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.
• Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well‑defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.

Work Environment

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about.
• On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education and Experience

HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
