What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the inside sales contact responsible for developing and managing relationships with home medical equipment companies
- Expand sales by increasing business with existing accounts and developing new business through phone and video calls
- Oversee customer service responsibilities, ensuring quality service for the customer base
- Maintain CRM database, including customer information and sales analyses
- Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and collaborate with internal teams focused on account-specific objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least three years of experience in a related field, specifically in DME sales
- Must have medical sales industry experience; HME sales experience is a plus
- Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Strong financial, analytical, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
