Red Ball Oxygen Co., Inc. is a privately owned distributor of Industrial, Specialty, and Medical Gases, welding and industrial equipment, and safety supplies.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective internal and telephone customer sales and service activities.
• Ensure the store location is adequately stocked with required product lines and aid customers in identifying product needs and proper product application.
• Work with customers to identify product needs or application.
• Exhibit willingness to serve customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Operate in varied weather conditions and business locations.
• Make rational and logical decisions concerning return of defective products, customer credit issues, or other customer/sales related problems.
• Lift or transport products or materials weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Work in the warehouse as needed.
