Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex options clearly and maintain professional, empathetic interactions.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a service-oriented role, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or related fields.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and resilience when working with families during sensitive and emotional situations.
• Ability to work on-site, including evenings or weekends as needed to serve families.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and CRM tools, and capability to maintain detailed, accurate documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant professional certifications are beneficial.

Compensation: This is a rewarding role with the ability to make over six figures. Year one OTE ranges from $68,000-$85,000. Most counselors make $100,000+ after their first year. Other benefits include health, dental, 401k, and generous PTO packages.
