Job summary

Theater Outsource Inc in Chicago is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to support the local sales team. This full-time, non-exempt role involves preparing quotes, processing orders, assisting showroom customers by phone and in person, and ensuring projects move smoothly from inquiry through fulfillment.

You will maintain the showroom, enter quotes, assist with demonstrations and events, support warehouse activities, and help with invoicing and inventory checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, warehouse, or order-processing is helpful.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Background in theatre, film, broadcast, entertainment production, lighting, or architectural lighting is a plus.

Responsibilities
