Responsibilities

No sales experience necessary; training will be provided. As a HomeTeam Inside Sales Representative, you can expect to:

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making calls
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners using patience and persistence
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services confidently
• Complete sales documents accurately to ensure Pest Control Techs have all necessary information
• Work independently, stay motivated, and think on your feet
• Enjoy working outside and meeting new people
• Work flexible hours, remaining organized and personable with all customers
