Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. in Boardman, OR is seeking an Operator Inside Receiving to operate and adjust all inside receiving equipment, monitor sizing, line flow, and waste, and implement line changes under direction from the production lead.

This role focuses on safety, product integrity, and accurate production documentation, including data entry into computer systems while maintaining a clean, high-velocity work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• 1-3 months related experience or training preferred
• Ability to read and understand basic English instructions
• Ability to document production information in English
• Ability to communicate in English with coworkers and supervisors
• Ability to perform basic math including fractions and percentages
• Ability to work independently with safety and quality standards
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with wet surfaces, heat, humidity, vibration, and noise

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and actively participate in safety programs.
• Handle raw product to maintain integrity and quality.
• Inventory and track raw product volumes.
• Operate equipment and adjust as needed to support efficiency.
• Maintain consistent product flow and balanced line operations.
• Monitor product quality and ensure required attributes.
• Communicate line status and issues to appropriate personnel.
• Perform sanitation duties and clean up spills as needed.
• Enter production information into computer systems and log results.
• Provide coverage in other operational areas as assigned.
