Mark Spain Real Estate is seeking a Real Estate Solutions Advisor to join our inside sales team as a full-time, exempt professional. You will conduct virtual consultations with inbound clients, present tailored selling or buying solutions, and book qualified in-person appointments for our real estate agents.

You will operate in a high-volume environment using our CRM and dialer tools, located in the greater Atlanta area with collaboration as needed.

Competenze

• Active real estate license in your state of residence.
• 3+ years of full-time real estate experience with proven sales success.
• 20+ closed residential real estate transactions on average in the last 5 years.
• Strong phone presence and ability to influence, persuade, and guide clients virtually.
• Highly tech-oriented with the ability to operate computer and phone technology with ease and speed.
• Experience using CRM and dialer platforms in a high-volume environment.
• Located in the greater Atlanta area with willingness for in-person collaboration.

• Conduct virtual buyer and seller consultations with pre-screened, inbound clients.
• Present selling or buying solutions and book qualified in-person appointments for real estate agents.
• Follow a proven call flow and consultative script framework to maximize conversion.
• Collaborate with a licensed support team and operations to ensure seamless transaction handoffs.
• Maintain accurate client notes and activity in our CRM and sales systems.
• Follow up with unconverted clients to recoup opportunities across the sales funnel.
• Deliver on monthly appointment volume and conversion targets.
