What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage assigned accounts and conduct outbound and inbound calls to healthcare professionals
- Educate health care providers about vaccine programs and ensure access to patient assistance materials
- Maintain and update current and prospective target prescriber profiles
- Participate in required training and sales meetings, including education presentations
- Ensure compliance with promotional programs and manage promotional materials and budgets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-Year College Degree required
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience or B2B territory management/account management experience required
- Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed defined territory sales goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Inside pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Advanced listening, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks across multiple systems
- High work ethic, reliable, and punctual in reporting for scheduled work
