What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage assigned accounts and detail healthcare professionals through outbound and inbound calls
- Educate and develop relationships with key decision-makers within medical practices
- Maintain and update current and prospective target prescriber profiles
- Participate in required training and sales meetings while making educational presentations
- Ensure accurate submission of all sales activities within the approved CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-Year College Degree required
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience or B2B territory management/account management experience required
- Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed defined territory sales goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks across multiple systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Inside pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Experience with Sales Force preferred
- Advanced listening, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback
- High work ethic, reliable, and punctual in reporting for scheduled work
