Role

The Inside Part Sales Rep is a multi-faceted role providing essential remote support to Battle Motors dealers. This includes handling parts inquiries, processing orders, providing technical assistance related to parts, administering warranty claims and returns for aftermarket parts, and resolving dealer issues via phone, email, and online communication channels. This role focuses specifically on aftermarket parts support and is separate from new chassis warranty support.
