• 2–3 years of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Experience in a dealership or heavy-duty parts environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary counter and phone contact, delivering timely, accurate service.
• Identify correct parts using electronic catalogs and systems, ensuring accuracy.
• Provide pricing, availability, and sourcing options including in-stock and inter-branch orders.
• Proactively drive parts sales by suggesting related items and solutions.
• Process invoices and collect payments accurately.
• Manage returns, cores, and warranty claims with proper documentation.
• Maintain organized inventory and proper binning.
• Support inventory control by identifying discrepancies and slow-moving parts.
• Keep counter and display area clean and customer-ready.
• Participate in ongoing product training and supplier promotions.
• Represent the company professionally to customers at all times.
