Pape’ Kenworth in Anchorage, AK is seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales - Parts specialist to support class 7 & 8 diesel truck parts customers. Face-to-face at the counter or over the phone, you will help customers get the right parts when they need them most.

Your day-to-day involves identifying needs, offering timely recommendations, and translating technical details into actionable parts support. You will build lasting client relationships while delivering service with integrity.

Qualifications

• Verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience.
• Basic knowledge of parts inventory.
• Self-motivation and assertive drive.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person to sell company parts and other services.
• Above-average organizational skills.

Responsibilities
