Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and trailer parts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Process and locate unit parts for internal and external customers.
• Verify part numbers in the appropriate books via electronic records for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and record data, reporting variances to management.
• Monitor inventory levels and research data inconsistencies.
• Assist service shop and mobile technicians in identifying parts for repairs.
• Track daily use of parts and receiving of orders.
• Create Purchase Orders for weekly stock orders and report to manager.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure inventory readiness and warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure shop and mobile trucks are stocked and remove obsolete parts.
