Object First is seeking an Inside Partner Sales Representative to join our team, with a focus on CDW Sellers who cover the Central Region.

As an Inside Partner Sales Representative, you will be responsible for executing the Object First Channel Sales playbook to generate and accelerate regional business across CDW.

Responsibilities

  • Drive CDW regional pipeline development targets and Sales targets
  • Discover partner sales opportunities, coordinate sales motion, and keep it updated and accurately forecasted in collaboration with Object First Inside Sales Representatives
  • Expand the number of CDW Reps reselling Object First
  • Initiates telephone and email contact with Partner Sales Representatives from event, web and lead generation lists; cold calling as required
  • 2 days per week in CDW office(s) expectation to build and maintain lasting relationships with key roles within the CDW account
  • Keeps CDW team members up to date on Object First news, programs and promotions
  • Drives Object First Sales and Technical enablement with CDW sellers and technical experts
  • Develops a solid working knowledge of Object First and Veeam joint solution and the benefits it provides to new and existing Veeam customers
  • Provides sales support to the CDW sellers including but not limited to follow up, product information, organizing product demonstrations, documenting and driving deal registrations and quotes through distribution
  • Updates and maintains CDW account records in Object First CRM system to continuously advance sales cycle

Who You Are

  • Proven 2+ years of Inside Sales experience selling in a two-tier selling model for technology products where you have over-achieved
  • Attain goals that are measurable and drive productivity with the Partner
  • Ability to convey information to others effectively and persuasively in person, by telephone, and in writing so others can understand
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
  • Ability to find approaches to different types of persons to establish positive and lasting relationships
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills; excellent electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools
  • Knowledge of data storage, and data protection segments targeting mid-market and mid-enterprise will be useful - but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
