Job summary

A mortgage finance company in Las Vegas is seeking Licensed Loan Officers for inside sales to help build their careers. The ideal candidate will possess an NMLS license and have strong communication skills. They will handle inbound leads and guide clients through the mortgage process. The role offers a competitive compensation package, including a monthly draw and commission on funded loans. Training, tools, and a supportive team are provided. This is an in-office position in Las Vegas with opportunities for international travel.

Qualifications

Do you like mortgage finance and real estate but are not sure how to break into the industry or turned off by having to hunt for your own business or be commission based only? Would you like a more structured environment and a better opportunity to learn and earn?

We are looking for Licensed Loan Officers ready to build a career in mortgage through inside sales. Experience is not required, but hunger, hard work, and humility are essential.

We will provide training, leads, tools, and a supportive team, along with a competitive compensation program. We source leads both through vendors and organically.

Location: Las Vegas, NV (In-Office)

Compensation

• $3,500/month draw base
• $1,200 per funded loan
• No caps on earning
• Full benefits also offered
• PMG will offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with the background and experience of the applicant

Requirements

• NMLS license required (New encouraged)
• Must work in office, Las Vegas, NV
• Strong communication skills
