**Starting Pay: $21 Hourly**

As an Inside Service Technician at a Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Center, you will be responsible for properly and safely performing tire and related services for commercial tire users in the trucking industry. We encourage you to invest in your success as you invest in ours; apply today!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Service commercial tires, including dismounting and mounting any type of tire.
2. Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
3. Inflate tires to prescribed PSI based on load requirements.
4. Assess repairable tire conditions and perform repairs.
5. Remove tires for retreading or repair as needed.
6. Complete service tickets accurately for management.
7. Maintain and clean service equipment.
8. Provide "Service Excellence - Always" to meet location and customer service goals.
9. Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements, including wearing PPE and using tire cages.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
11. Perform manual tasks, including heavy lifting of tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.

Basic Requirements:

• No relocation assistance offered.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 3 months of relevant experience in commercial service tires or related fields.

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Commitment to safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment.
• Self-starter, willing to take initiative, and attend training.
