Responsibilities

• Onboard and set up new SLED customers.
• Maintain SME in all areas of SLED contracts incl. state/local contracts, ERate, NASPO.
• Serve as the primary internal contact for customers with account managers.
• Partner with SLED contracts team to ensure compliance with contract vehicle requirements.
• Attend customer meetings to strengthen relationships and understand objectives.
• Delegate report requests, run-rate quotes, and orders to internal resources.
• Maintain Salesforce account data integrity for customers, contacts, projects.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect to build Bills of Materials.
• Generate accurate quotes for solution business.
• Forecast and prospect for run-rate opportunities; identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage registration process for best pricing with input from AM and Deals Desk.
• Source quotes via vendor partnerships and monitor promotions/pricing programs.

The Role

This position will partner and communicate with various internal teams to support Presidio's SLED customers.

ICMs interact and work with Account Managers, vendors, and customers to maintain ongoing business in the IT infrastructure services and products arena through direct sales support of Account Managers. This position will partner and communicate with various internal teams to support Presidio's SLED customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Onboard and setup of new SLED customers
• Maintain subject matter expertise in all areas of SLED contracts, including state/local contracts, ERate, and NASPO
• Act as the primary internal point of contact for our customers in conjunction with account managers
• Partner with SLED contracts team to ensure compliance with all public sector contract vehicle requirements
• Attend customer meetings to strengthen existing relationships, forge new relationships to better understand customer objectives, and participate in the close-out of projects
• Delegate customer report requests, run-rate quotes, and orders to appropriate internal resources.
• Maintain Salesforce account data integrity to ensure customer account, contact, and project information is accurate and up-to-date
• Work with Solution Architect to build Bills of Materials that meet customer requirements
• Generate accurate quotes for solution business
• Conduct forecasting and prospecting for run-rate business to understand future financial trends and opportunities in the run-rate space
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling to the current customer base
• Manage the registration process to ensure the best pricing possible for both Presidio and customers with input from the Account Manager and leveraging the Deals Desk
• Partner with specific vendors to quickly and accurately source quotes. Leverage relationships with vendors through meeting attendance and communication to maintain awareness of promotions and vendor pricing programs

Other job functions:

• Participate in sales operations meetings as required
• Assist with New Hire onboarding support
• Receives work direction from department leadership; however, is responsible for prioritizing his/her own work by sales allocation, date needed to fill, and logistics of work order
• Additional responsibilities as required

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and/or related experience and/or military experience
• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology/ Sales Operations
• Preferred experience with Cisco, Dell/EMC, VM Ware Sales
• Experience working with SLED customers/ accounts
• Flexible schedule to assist in resolving high-priority issues during peak periods
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software applications (excel, word, etc)
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure/solutions manufacturers in the enterprise space
• Strong customer service skills with a continuous service orientation focus
• Ability to work closely and effectively with members across departments and at all levels of the organization

• Interacting with vendors on behalf of the customer. Solving customer delivery and material challenges.
