The Inside Client Executive is responsible for managing and growing client accounts through proactive inside sales efforts. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and engaging in opportunities that drive revenue growth. The Inside Sales Client Executive actively engages with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to identify and close opportunities. This position works closely with internal teams such as field executives, case management, and operations to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
To be considered, candidates must be ready to consistently use CRM tools to track client interactions, maintain accurate data, and monitor key metrics. The primary purpose of this role is to establish a presence and manage accounts in territories where field executives are not active, support new market development, assist in launching new products in different markets, and support the company’s overall sales goals by providing outstanding service and support.
Essential Job Functions
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to introduce products or services, understand their needs, and build strong relationships.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and identifying upselling opportunities or expansion possibilities.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity KPIs, including pipeline development.
- Drive sales by following the established sales process and achieving growth targets.
- Utilize Salesforce effectively to manage sales pipeline, client relationships, and oversee your portfolio of accounts.
- Generate sales opportunities by researching and assessing potential accounts, identifying key business drivers, building rapport, and providing technical information like CVs, sample reports, and retention agreements.
- Work closely with Field Executives, Case Management, and Operations to move prospects through the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor offerings to provide relevant solutions to clients.
- Remain up to date on the company's products or services to deliver accurate information and address technical inquiries from clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requisite Qualifications
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions and presentations.
- Ability to negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with clients.
- Effective prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in SalesForce and other sales tools to track leads and manage customer data.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
- Flexibility to adjust strategies based on client feedback and market changes.
- Strong drive to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives and enhance customer experiences.
- Focus on understanding and addressing client needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Willingness to travel for training and up to once per quarter.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field OR;
- 1-5 years of professional experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or a related sales role.
- Previous experience in the legal and/or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office, SalesForce (or similar CRM software), and able to learn the company’s workflow information management system (WIMS).

Work Schedule
5-day/40-hour work week: Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm CST. Subject to change based on assigned territory.
Overtime may be required based on business needs.
