You will analyze cyber submissions, develop placement strategies, negotiate terms, and grow the book through strong market relationships and industry expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber liability underwriting or wholesale brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of cyber risks, coverages, and market solutions.
• Familiarity with Cyber Liability, Network Security & Privacy Liability, Tech E&O products.
• Ability to explain coverage, exclusions, and risk exposures clearly.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of accountability, initiative, and follow-through.

This opportunity is well‑suited for a cyber insurance professional who brings strong technical knowledge, enjoys navigating complex and evolving risks, and can build trusted relationships with retail brokers and carrier partners. Cyber Liability is a key growth area for the team. We are open to professionals from either a cyber underwriting or wholesale brokerage background who want to deepen their expertise and help grow the practice.

What You’ll Do

• Review and analyze cyber liability submissions
• Develop placement strategies for new and renewal business
• Market accounts to carrier partners
• Negotiate coverage, pricing, and terms
• Support retail brokers with complex cyber and technology-related risks
• Build and maintain strong broker and carrier relationships
• Monitor evolving cyber exposures, coverage considerations, and market conditions

• Collaborate with cyber specialists to deliver effective client solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Cyber Liability underwriting or wholesale brokerage
• Strong knowledge of cyber risks, coverages, and market solutions
• Familiarity with products and exposures such as: Cyber Liability, Network Security and Privacy Liability, Technology Errors and Omissions, Other cyber and technology-related professional liability products
• Ability to evaluate and clearly explain coverage, exclusions, and risk exposures
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High level of accountability, initiative, and follow-through
• Interest in developing business and growing broker relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a specialized, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Cyber-focused carrier or wholesale brokerage experience
• Experience placing complex cyber or technology-related risks
• Existing relationships with retail brokers or carrier partners
• Business development or production experience
• Property and Casualty and/or Surplus Lines license, or ability to obtain required licensing

Compensation

Annual bonus opportunity and total compensation will vary based on experience, technical expertise, business development capabilities, specialty-line knowledge, market relationships, geographic location, and overall qualifications. Candidates with established broker relationships, niche technical expertise, or demonstrated business development success may be considered above the posted range.

The target salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually. The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
