Job summary

Ag-Pro Companies in Ohio is seeking a full-time Sales - Equipment professional to sell new and used agricultural and outdoor power equipment to new and existing customers in the defined sales area.

You will maintain product knowledge, conduct field demonstrations, monitor competitive activity, and assist customers with financing options to secure purchases.

We require 1–2 years of sales experience in agricultural equipment, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years agricultural equipment/outdoor power equipment sales experience preferred.
• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and the internet.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Representsthe company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales area. Maintainscurrent product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership
• Monitorscompetitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly.
• Maintainssales management information for all customers in the assigned territory.
• Conductsnew equipment field demonstrations.
• Monitorstrends in customer’s business activities and timely communicates to management.
• Monitorstrends in customer’s business activities and timely communicates to management.
• Maintainscurrent knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes.
• Maintainscurrent knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
• Attendsapplicable sales training events/seminars
• Andother duties as assigned
