Job summary

Power Play Marketing is seeking an Inside Advertising Sales Representative (B2B Phone Sales) to sell print and digital advertising to business owners and marketing executives across the United States. The role includes selling for USA TODAY's national publications as well as local campaigns for Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers.

Base salary starts at $50,000 with uncapped commissions, bonuses, and company-sponsored trips.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional B2B sales or inside advertising sales experience.
• Ability to conduct business over the phone with business owners and executives.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls to decision-makers.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, goal-oriented with uncapped commissions.
• Willing to engage in incentives and performance-based rewards.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing accounts.
• Sell print and digital advertising to business owners and marketing executives.
• Speak with CEOs, Presidents, Marketing Executives, and senior decision-makers across the country.
• Close deals and grow your book of accounts.
