Lake Air Products is seeking a 1st shift Hardware Operator to set up and run hardware insertion equipment for sheet metal parts. You will work with stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized metal, ensuring accurate placement, quality checks, and proper machine setup in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years with Haeger machines preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Travel to Roseville facility may be required; PPE must be worn as instructed.

The Hardware Operator is responsible for setting up and operating hardware insertion equipment to install hardware components into sheet metal parts and assemblies according to blueprints and customer specifications. This role works with a variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized metal while ensuring accurate hardware placement, quality inspections, and proper machine setup. The position requires attention to detail, blueprint reading skills, and the ability to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
