Ideal candidates have experience in printing or mail inserting, a HS diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. This role involves manual tasks, equipment maintenance, and adherence to procedures in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up inserting equipment at job start per job ticket specs.
• Insert address tags into mail sacks or trays for bulk mailing.
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Keep work area orderly and follow safety regulations.
• Read postal statements and sort mail accordingly.
• Adjust processes to meet output specifications.
• Direct and supervise helpers on the machine.
• Report defective materials or issues to supervisor.
• Communicate job status to department manager.
• Follow SOPs per department guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
