The Bug Company in Hellertown, PA is hiring a Machine Production Operator for a full-time, on-site role. You will operate production equipment, handle live insects, and maintain product quality while following safety procedures.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with a focus on accuracy, teamwork, and dependable attendance to support a stable, long-term production team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot equipment and identify root causes of issues.
• Perform line work duties associated with machine operations.
• Care for live insects throughout the production process.
• Ensure compliance with insect quality standards.
• Prepare boxes, materials, and production supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow established production procedures and company policies.
• Communicate professionally with team members and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
