Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional guest service in our stadium clubs or in-seat environments. You will interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and provide personal, attentive service.

The role involves serving food and beverages, collaborating with fellow team members and supporting service staff during busy events. Flexibility for long hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to interact with guests and co-workers to maintain service standards.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to read, speak and write English to communicate with guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail beyond expectations.
• Serve food, beverages including soda, water, wine, beer.
• Collaborate with team and other service departments within the stadium.
• Assist service staff by clearing tables and delivering food.
• Perform opening, closing, and side duties as assigned.
• Be knowledgeable about other food, beverage and retail outlets in the stadium.

The Role

The Server position provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in the Clubs or In-Seat environment.

Ability to interact with guests in order to assure guest satisfaction.

• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within stadium.
• Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food.
• Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
• Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium.

Qualifications

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
• Must be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Ability to work all Sporting Park events, including: extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
• Must have two(2) to three(3) years working in a fast paced high-end club, or restaurant Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.

COMPENSATION

COMPENSATION $18.92 /Hourly
