Qualifications

Position Summary

The Licensed Therapist conducts assessments, develops and implements treatment plans, consults with medical professionals, documents interventions, and provides referrals, supporting quality improvement and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year of experience in mental health services, preferably in inpatient psychiatric settings, with skills in case management, therapy, crisis intervention, and assessment.
• Preferred: Current active licensure as LPC-A, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW.

Additional requirements include CPR certification, annual skills verification, and behavioral management certification.
