Job summary

INX International Ink Co. in Olympia, WA is seeking a hands-on service/production support professional to maintain strong customer relationships, perform color matching, and support ink production and dispensing.

You will provide press-side technical support and contribute to on-time job completion. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and math skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to match colors accurately and pass a color vision test.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and math skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• 2–5 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationship with customers and coordinate jobs.
• Provide technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing.
• Support press-side activities and data entry for reports.
• Perform quality control tests on batches and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage inventories and assist with monthly counts, estimates, and production needs.
