Responsibilities

• Maintaining INX's excellent relationship with the customer.
• Reviewing scheduling and coordinating jobs with customer.
• Being available for service call-ins as needed.
• Performing technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing ink.
• Evaluating production requirements based on customer schedule changes.
• Controlling Work-off.
• Inventory management and monthly consignment counts.
• Providing press-side technical support.
