Advocate Health is seeking an Inpatient Wound RN at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, WI. This role focuses on advancing wound care and injury prevention across inpatient units, with a leadership and education component for staff and patients.

The position requires BSN, WI RN license, and BLS. Schedule is 5:00 AM–1:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends. Full-time status, 40 hours/week, benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in the state you practice (WI).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and management of inpatient wound care.
• Lead pressure injury prevention initiatives and reduce hospital-acquired injuries.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on wound prevention and treatment.
• Serve as clinical resource for wound assessment and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with inpatient teams and wound specialists to ensure continuity of care.
• Support prevalence studies and quality improvement initiatives.
