MemorialCare Health System in Long Beach, CA, is seeking an RN for Per Diem Days in the Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing Services. The role supports inpatient care at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center with a day shift (10 hours, 7 AM–5:30 PM).

Qualifications include a BSN, California RN license, BLS, and WOC certification within 12 months. Wound care experience preferred. Pay range is $66.74–$83.90 per hour, with potential variable incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working in wound care preferred.
• Completion of pre-employment drug screening.
• Completion of pre-employment criminal background reference check.
• Completion of pre-employment health evaluation including TB screening and annual or bi-annual re-evaluation as indicated by Employee Health.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, cost-effective patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess patients and develop a written plan of care.
• Implement and evaluate patient care and revise as needed.
• Contribute to staff development and training.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and communicate effectively.
