Huntington Hospital is seeking a Certified Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse to lead wound care initiatives in Pasadena. The role focuses on comprehensive wound assessments, care plans, and evaluation of outcomes while educating patients, families, and staff.

You will be a resource for physicians and colleagues, driving high-quality care and contributing to organizational performance improvement. Requires BSN, BRN RN, and CETN with at least two years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience.
• Current unrestricted RN license from the California BRN.
• Current CETN certification from WOCNCB.

Coordinates treatment to provide comprehensive wound assessments and plan of care including goals, implementation of treatment, evaluation and outcomes for patients throughout the organization. Provides patient, family and staff education regarding wound management, prevention of pressure injuries, support surfaces, dressing selections and other therapies. Is a resource person for physicians and clinical staff. Participates in performance improvement plan of the organization.EDUCATION:BSN.
