Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensure to practice veterinary medicine in South Carolina (or eligibility).
• Strong clinical skills in emergency medicine and critical care.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospitalized patients and their medical plans.
• Perform examinations and reassessments during shifts.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans and monitor response to therapy.
• Coordinate care with emergency doctors and specialists.
• Maintain clear, thorough medical records and communicate with clients.
