Cincinnati Children's is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the Surgical Subspecialty Inpatient team in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on inpatient care and consults for Urology with occasional gynecology coverage during nights and weekends.

Applicants should have NP certification (FNP, acute or primary care) and inpatient surgical experience; multi-state licensure may be required. The position offers full-time hours with a 0.9 FTE and rotating 12-hour shifts.

Competenze

• NP certification (FNP, acute care, or related) and eligibility for licensure in Ohio.
• Inpatient surgical experience preferred; specialty experience encouraged (ED, surgical).
• Multi-state licensure may be required based on subspecialty and state rules.

• Perform history and/or physical exams and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop and document individualized plans of care and orders; coordinate interdisciplinary care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and prescriptions per policy and law; maintain FPPE/OPPE practices.
• Maintain professional behaviors, participate in quality improvement, and mentor teammates.
• Deliver leadership and guidance to improve pediatric care and patient/family outcomes.
