Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join our Urology team on a per diem/weekend schedule. You will provide inpatient care for adult and geriatric patients, perform rounds, histories, exams, and coordinate consults with the care team.

The role requires MA licensure with national certification and a DEA registration, with Epic EMR used across clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Eligible for or current Massachusetts licensure with national certification (NCCPA, ANCC, AANP, as applicable).
• Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and DEA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care for adult and geriatric patients, including daily rounds and progress note documentation.
• Perform histories and physicals; develop diagnoses and treatment plans; interpret labs/imaging.
• Coordinate consultations and perform bedside/clinical procedures per privileges.
• Epic EMR and integrated clinical systems usage.

Education

Master's degree from accredited PA/NP program
