Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an Ultrasonographer to perform a range of diagnostic ultrasound exams in an inpatient setting. The role requires graduation from a diagnostic ultrasound program, active ARRT or ARDMS registry, and BLS certification.

You will conduct abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, small parts, and vascular studies, with emphasis on timely imaging and patient safety. The position is PRN during day shifts at Baptist Medical Center South, with duties expanding to vascular ultrasound

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Diagnostic Ultrasound program.

Responsibilities

• Perform abdomen, obstetrical, gynecological, small parts, and vascular ultrasounds.
• Perform vascular ultrasounds including lower extremity venous insufficiency and DVT checks.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort and ensure accurate documentation.
