Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC seeks an Inpatient Therapist/Counselor to oversee therapeutic services for a caseload of patients as the treatment plan coordinator. The role includes individual, group and family therapy, and discharge planning in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.

The position is full-time in Loveland, CO, with a Saturday–Tuesday 8:00 AM–6:30 PM schedule. Compensation ranges from $28 to $45 per hour plus shift differential, plus comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Mental Health or Social Sciences or commensurate experience.
• Active licensure in the state where treatment services are rendered.
• 1+ year of experience in relevant field with ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide counseling and group facilitation to individuals and families.
• Coordinate care from admission to discharge.
• Consult with multidisciplinary treatment team for quality patient care.
• Develop written treatment plans with patient and family involvement.
• Document clinical assessment, treatment plans, and progress in a timely manner.
