Michiana Behavioral Health, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a licensed Therapist (Inpatient) to join the Inpatient Unit in Plymouth, Indiana. You will contribute to a patient-centered care model and support treatment planning, therapy, and psychosocial assessments.

The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and documentation in medical records, with a focus on delivering high-quality behavioral health care to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or clinical field required.
• LCSW/LMFT/LMHC preferred.
• Direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention and assessment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments documenting patient history and family issues.
• Participate in development and implementation of treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group and family therapy.
• Document treatment provided in patient records timely and legibly.
• Attend treatment team meetings to provide social work perspective.
